Brooklyn trivia night prizes

In just under 3 weeks, TrivWorks shall be returning to The Bell House in Gowanus, Brooklyn to once again produce the largest trivia night in New York City with host Pat Kiernan – and this time, the theme is food!

Pat Kiernan’s Trivia Food Fight will test 300 attendees’ knowledge of the greatest foods & food moments in TV/movies, pop culture, NYC and more, and we are thrilled to announce a cache of theme-appropriate, NYC-centric food lover prizes which will be up for grabs!

• The 10th Annual NYC Vendy Awards – “The nation’s most anticipated food awards,” this one-of-a-kind event will provide the opportunity to gorge yourself on the best food truck grub in the city, with the chance to help crown the champion as well!

• NYBG Edible Academy Harvest Festival – This September, The New York Botanical Garden invites you to celebrate the bounty of the fall season with a series of cooking demonstrations, free samples from local producers, artisinal beer/wine & more!

• 5th Annual Pig Island™ – Food Karma Projects once again hosts this annual Red Hook festival, showcasing the best of New York State local farmers, chefs, brewers, “real” cider makers and vintners, cooking up 80+ hogs sourced from Flying Pigs Farm!

• Wafels & Dinges  – Consistently ranked among the best food trucks in the city, the Waffle Truck will be providing something VERY special to one lucky food trivia contestant!

• Robicelli’s – Celebrated pastry chef Allison Robicelli’s Bay Ridge, Brooklyn shop regularly makes it into “best of” lists of NYC bakeries, and this summer they are striking back at media foodie hype by “Jumping the Shark” – promising to create a new “viral” confection each week! Perfect for a food-themed pop culture trivia night – and one lucky contestant will win a box of Robicelli’s signature cookies as well!

• Daly Pie – Brooklyn’s own Daly Pie will not only be on-hand selling their delicious handpies, but they’ll be giving away a fresh-baked, full-size pie to one lucky winner as well!
